  1. This looks like a really simple sauce to make. It would be great to use on any kind of sandwich or burger to give it a little bit of extra kick as it’s slightly spicy. Will definitely have to try at some point. Thanks for sharing the recipe with us.

  2. BBQ mayo? Now that’s something I would have never thought of. What do you recommend most for eating this on/with? I would think it would be awesome on sandwiches and burgers, but curious what other cool concoctions you have come up to put it on. Love the fact that its super simple, and can be made on the fly for busy days.

    Keep up the good work!

  5. This looks like a very simple and easy recipe. I live in Italy and am not familiar with the red-hot or sriracha sauce. Is it a type of peri-peri sauce or peperoncino, or can you suggest an alternative that I can use?

How do you then use it, as a marinade before you barbeque the food? Or is it better as an accompaniment? Can I also use this sauce for vegan food?

    1. Sriracha sauce is a condiment made with chili peppers and is usually vegan (although you should check the particular brand that you’re buying).  While both sriracha and peri-peri sauce have the same chili pepper base, they differ in regard to the spices that are added.  Peri-peri would make a good substitute although I’m sure you could order sriracha sauce online!
