This sounds like something I should have.
You would love it! You could take it to work for your lunch…when you go back to work that is!
Oh Cynthia girl, you are speaking my language. Just looking at the wrap makes me want to take a bite. Hummus Tabouli Wrap, It is lite, healthy, and by the look of it, it seems easy to make.
I can prepare this at home for lunch or take it to work with me. I would just have to securely wrap it so it wouldn’t make a mess. But other than that I’m good to go.
Thank you for such quick and easy lunch. Keep them coming.
Nicole,
This is one of my favorite things to take to work. I cut it in half and put it in a snugly fitting container so it doesn’t get squished or come unrolled!
Thank you for sharing such a healthy recipe with us Cynthai! I have to say that I am not a big fan of Hummus (or any type of nut butter for that matter) but I think with Tabouli (my favs) I think I can give you wrap recipe a chance. What if the hummus doesn’t work for me, do you think Tahini or Guacamole will be ok for a substitution?
I think either one would be a great substitute (here’s my recipe for guacamole). Thank you for your comments!
