I am literally becoming the cook of the house and it’s thanks to your recipes. I hope to read and learn more recipes from you. I am looking forward to trying them all out. 1. Thank you for your comments!  Learning to cook is one the biggest gifts we can give ourselves.  It opens so many doors!

  2. We have decided to eat veggie food for a couple of days a week, and I’m now scouring the web for recipes. This soup sounds both yummy and easy to make. I think my kids will like it as well. It would be helpful if you could estimate the time it takes to make the food as well. Thanks from a stressed mom.

    1. Sometimes I will also forgo meat for a few days, just to give my body a break!  I hope you’ll let me know what your family thought of it!  In regard to your question on time:  This would take about 30 minutes to make.
